Solid Laserbox purchase
I purchased the Laserbox for our school's tech lab after getting an educator discount verified. mBot Neo is pretty cool

Good xTool M1, slow support
I bought an xTool M1 during a holiday sale. The laser cutter itself is quite impressive and works well for my crafting projects; the engraving on basswood sheets is very clean. The shipping was faster than I expected, arriving in about 4 days. My main issue was with a question I had about the mBlock software compatibility; it took customer service almost four days to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating when I wanted to get started quickly. Overall, it's a solid product, but support could be more responsive.
